Vitamin C is an essential water-soluble vitamin involved in numerous critical functions within the body. Bioflavonoids are natural phytochemicals found in fruits and vegetables that may assist vitamin C in providing many of its health benefits. In addition to supporting healthy immune function, vitamin C may also play an important role in the stability and strength of connective tissue, collagen, and blood vessels. While vitamin C is found in many fresh fruits and vegetables, taking a vitamin C supplement may provide some extra assurance that you are getting enough of this critical nutrient.
Suggested use
Adults - Take one tablet daily, preferably with food, as a dietary supplement.
