Suggested use

Take 1 softgel 1 to 2 times daily with food.

Other ingredients

Softgel capsule (bovine gelatin, glycerin, water) and natural mixed tocopherols. 

Contains fish (anchovies). Natural mixed tocopherols from soy. 

Not manufactured with wheat, gluten, milk, egg or shellfish ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.
